I had a lazy day, today. Until I found this blogpost by a passionate crafter Talentfreischoen. She linked to an article about the conditions of labour in a Kambodschas textile factory. And I was a bit angry with myself, because when I was looking for something new to wear, I was looking at exactly those shops... you know? I didn't buy, because of the reason I talked about in my last post.
Actually I don't buy Nike, I don't buy Otto, I don't buy Tom Tailor nor Jack Wolfskin. But why do I buy H&M and Zara, although I know, that this companies can't be better as they sell super cheap stuff?
Ich hatte heute einen faulen Tag. Bis ich auf diesen Blogpost von einer leidenschaftlichen Handarbeiterin Talentfreischoen stieß. Sie verlinkt auf einen Artikel über die Arbeitsbedingungen in der Textilindustrie in Kambodscha. Und ich wurde ein bisschen wütend auf mich selbst, denn also ich dieser Tage etwas Neues zum Anziehen suchte, war ich genau in diesen Geschäften suchen ... Ich habe nichts gekauft, aber aus dem Grund, über den ich in meinem letzten Beitrag geschrieben habe.
Ich kaufe nicht Nike und nicht Otto, nicht TomTailor... und auch nicht Jack Wolfskin. Aber warum kaufe ich H & M und Zara, obwohl ich weiß, dass diese Unternehmen kaum besser sein können, mit ihren Super-Billig-Preisen?
